Hi everyone. Most of you probably don't remember me. I was kind of shy in high school. But I need your help.

My 7 month old grand daughter, natalia, was born with multiple heart and lung defects. She is at home but is hooked up to multiple machings and tubes. Her family desperately needs a van so to accomodate Natalia, all of her equipment and her siblings. Without it, they cannot do anything as a family, including doctor visits for Natalia. There just isn't room.

My daughter, Shannon, entered Natalia in a campaign sponsord by MOBILITY AWARENESS. One of the prizes is a fully handicap equipped van.

The first step in winning is to get votes. That is where I need your help. If interested, Please go to *****.com and vote for Natalia Hernandez. Just click on "find a local hero" and type in her name. It will take you to her story where you can vote for her. You can vote one a day until may 10.

I sure would appreciate any help you can provide; possibly even share it with your contacts as well.

Thank you so much in advance.

Dolores Romero,

Class of '69.
